How do I sign up?

Sign ups open on February 12th.

A sign up form will be made available for you to fill out. After that you will be sent the ticket link where you can purchase your tickets! Every person with a ticket must have submitted a sign up form! You can submit joint form for yourself and a friend/partner.

What is included in the ticket price?

- Access to our entire venue

- Accommodation for both nights with dorm-style rooms and mattresses. Bring your own bedding or sleeping bags!

- Workshops and activities 

- Partial catering (approximately half catered) including vegan and gluten free options

- Ceilidh dance night with instruction for beginners

- Great company, vibes, and memories you'll never forget!

Is there parking on-site?

Yes, there is limited parking. We encourage car-pooling and taking public transport! We will also be providing car pickups from Todmorden station for those who need it. 

There is a section of our sign-up form for you to let us know if you are driving and how many people will be in the car.

Is the event age restricted?

Yes, this event is 18+

You must be at least 18 on the day the event begins. 

​

What shall I wear? 

We encourage everyone attending to dress in fantasy inspired clothing, particularly anything directly inspired by the theme. Take a look at our Pinterest board for some ideas!

There is no strict dress code though, and you may wear whatever you feel most comfortable in.

Can I bring weapons?

Prop weapons and those that are completely blunt are permitted. These should only be used as props for pictures/accessories. 

​

How big is the event?

Including our team, the event capacity is 32 people total.
